Here is the Weekly Crude chart. The $37 price was the Oct/2000 and Jan/03 high that price broke back up over in May/04 and after soaring to over $140 in 2008 came back and tested $37 again in Jan/09. Price broke the uptrendline in July/09 and that old uptrendline has proven to be resistance ever since.
