Of course first time claims are down. In an era of long-term unemployment that just means more homeless.

Gov't statistics are generally designed to conceal more than they reveal. This time, to make the incumbent
"economic recovery" look good before the elections, they specifically changed the way unemployment is
calculated and reported to show "healthy" improvement.

The new, creative, unemployment figures are truly fictional and intentionally meaningless and misleading.
Personally, as the holder of a valid USA birth certificate, I'm getting a little tired of having my intelligence insulted!
