Oil falls as IEA cuts demand view; up 2.2% on week ( CLX2 ) (by Carla Mozee)
LOS ANGELES (MarketWatch) -- Crude-oil prices fell Friday, with investors heading into the weekend with an International Energy Agency report estimating weaker oil demand this year while they kept watch on ongoing tension in the Middle East. Crude oil for November delivery (clx2) fell 21 cents, or 0.2%, to $91.86 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Oil prices swung between gains and losses during Friday's session. For the week, oil closed higher by 2.2%.
