At least some markets are starting to move a bit.

Gold did take a dive shortly after your post.

Other than Ng, I have been in the wait and watch mode.

On fiscal cliff, I think something will happen.

Isn't current thinking that any positive resolution will result in a rising USD .....

Maybe the drop in gold is a "smart money" bet on a palatable cliff outcome or "leaks" to wall street !!!!????
Wouldn't you expect stock markets to go up as well ??? But I have no clue on "logical" year end portfolio adjustments though.

If a "failure" of cliff resolution became apparent/feared, I would expect a healthy sell off in the markets.

Any thoughts ???
