You are quite right; there isn't a change in the longer term perspective for NG in the cards. In the short run I see a breakout in gas as more likely than not due mainly to weather. I'm not buying contracts but call options on a leveraged NG bull ETF so my downside losses are limited and upside potential uncapped (hypothetically, of course). Its only a little better than a blackjack bet, but the edge is the the uniformity I see in short and long term models that do keep a more normal winter into the NE, Ohio Valley and upper Midwest thru the next couple of weeks.
