TFC Commodity Trading Forum

Hey guys, I'm student, interested in getting into commodity trading desks at investment banks. I read a while back that Morgan Stanley, Goldman & Barcap are big in commodities - is this true? I'm most interested in ags & softs - any info on top players in ags etc?
