I don't think the market does price in forecasts to the extent that it could - hence the volatility on the morning the storage reports are published. Traders reasonably do not have full confidence in weather forecasts. Having said that, there is a window, Monday-Wed of next week of higher temps, but after that there's very good model agreement its back in to the ice box,and for a week or longer. Its going to be an interesting couple of weeks, but to manage risk in the meantime is a good strategy. I did by selling some holdings that were in the lack earlier this week, but by keeping irons in the fire.
