Well no. because Obama will ban grain sales again to keep domestic corn in are pipeline before price rationing. There is no weather scare (production will come down only a little) in S.A. . World ending stocks will dramatically increase going into are growing season. Charts are not always effective in weather sensitive markets. The U.S. western corn belt moisture levels have increase for the next growing season. Domestic corn usage of old crop has been dropping, because of ethanol plant shut downs due to profit margins.
