I've been meaning to ask you this, ever since you started playing around with the Andrews' stuff (pitch forks 'n all) ....

You put a "Bulls 'n Bears" index (or a reasonable facsimile of an index/rating system) ...

How do you arrive at the percentage, as in this example of 72?

'bout time I asked, but I have always been somewhat hesitant as curiosity killed the cat.
