only thing i can say about tos is if their is a lot of volume their site does not handle it well...perhaps they have improved it but a couple of years ago i had trouble getting my orders filled or even to show i made an order and then it would show up later, so sometimes i would have a double fill...this was only during high volume moves...so i moved some of my account to pfg....sheesh....that was worse...
