With tight carryovers and the slow start to the planting season this market is ripe for a good sized rally as producers scramble to cover cover their corn needs....producers have been living from hand to mouth and buying on a need basis only and are reluctant to add to their inventories in anticipation of lower prices to come...they may get caught off guard as new crop gets delayed planted and gets off to a slow growth start........looks out shorts.....Rolly
