Unless you're familiar with trading hogs...you might want to wait until the high spring farrowing are brought to market in the beginning of fall to try any major short play. You probably will be shorting the V's...I think the Q's will flatten out near the top and go into a long 4 to 6 week channel here. This is aside from any monkey wrenches thrown in.
