all of these almost daily reports and FRS minutes, etc. are all released to Insiders before they are released to the public.

i call the 8:30a.m. "news" the "8:30 whiplash." Happens all the time. These days the bots are far more excitable than the traders..shoot, they ARE the traders!

just don't forget, the Insiders are already on the right side and they lay off their "risk (lol)" upon the release of the news and the release of the bots.
