I like what you said "If we are what we have then we lose what we have who then are we" and that includes the body we currently have and is deteriorating as time goes on....when it's gone then what? Who are we? And the answer is right there in your heart. The experience of who we are is right there, no words need it. Just need to connect back again. :)
