Wayne is showing his market discipline. The chart shows a market which DID NOT make a new low and is coming upon a previous high. He expects, as an experienced trader, that the previous high will not be exceeded. that is his stop....

Contrast this with the coal stock ANR. Made a new low and took out the previous high. Looks hot to run.

Still, LT the wheat shows good stuff.... Looking to buy......
