EUR/USD : The bias is on the upside when the market is able to close above 1.3646 in the New York session. The weekly cycles significant levels indicate that the upper trading levels are 1.3834 - 1.3878 - 1.3960 - 1.3963 - 1.4027 - 1.4038 (see the front page of my website).
