the DX is not responding to this week's turn, as expected. and exhibits no strength. next week, the weekly timers will have to cover their longs on a print of a lower weekly low.

then, the monthly turn will most likely fail, in addition.

and then, November should run hard cliffside as well as December. each month closing lower than the previous month.

there is an over riding template. normally, I take the turns in all directions....but, as long as this template holds, i only take position in the direction of the template and expect the turns in opposition to the template to fail.
