economy to me looks like a controlled demolition.
the banks have lots of cash and are capable of sending us into a depression where they use the (conjured from nothing) cash to buy up assets on the cheap. that has always been my contention. the Fed is owned and works for the banks. It's not like they will not do what they are told.
You watch the plume on its way to you. I just saw a couple of actors in the news who left LA for NY Broadway. Porn left LA for Vegas. Stay on your toes.
NC is good spot. RE is reasonable even if RE is sold in CA at a discount to buy. GA is pretty good people, too. Stay away from VA.
Pot is good for radiation sickness .... not to say that's why the Fed is relaxing its control out West. of course. but.....
