Thinking if the key is transmitted to you the NSA knows your keys. That would not be good. But, I am not a computer genius.

I think the best way to hold up is recreation property that can be rented when you are not there. But, not a lot of it. Things that pay dividends, one way (renting, etc.) or another.

Think your idea of Boulder is good. Many will go to CO for the freedom. Driving RE and consumption.

Reminds me of when the lotteries first started. Here, in NC, our politicians said "never!" Until they saw money flowing to VA every week. Then, they change their tune. But, lost revenue, never to be recovered. And the pols hate to lose "control."

Safest play is sterling silverware for asset players. And, maybe UST coin currency like these presidential dollars for currency holdings. The UST coin is not "debt money" like FR notes. Plus, they do not wear out like linen.

If you can trade, I think you can come out ahead. Notice Gross saying no more fortunes to be had? For him, maybe... An insider. Maybe much to made by smart mice. Fat cats screwed now. Fight each other.

Notice these currency comments. Not to brag, but I try hard here. I spend 30 days getting ready and then spend an hour analyzing.
