My posts have been edited of certain keywords, as you can see.

Ukraine needs to publicly assure Russia that its military bases in Ukraine are still welcome and its rights to the use of them unrestricted. As before. No provocation intended during the political change experienced.

Use of force, however, will be met with use of force (so far, no shots fired). Ukraine ground forces look, to me, adequate to defend (or, retake) sovereign soil. No problem.

In the mean time, Ukraine should have various NATO member jets standing by (on its airfields, if possible) as assurance. The more, the merrier.

Just because Russian is spoken does not give claim to land rights.

There is no Ukraine navy to speak of, but, the few ships they have should be supported and defended to the max.
