Re: April Hogs seem like they can never go down

Over the years, I made a goodly sum trading livestock futures.

Today, we really don't have a true livestock market, with the possible exception of fats (live cattle futures).

They took bellies away ... and that was an incredibly profitable market.

They made feeders and hogs (not LIVE hogs, rather LEAN hogs). Lean hogs is a market wherein they trade an index on a nonexistent substance (what, pray tell is a "lean hog" ... how may/can one make or take delivery?).

However, they still are exceedingly easy markets to trade ... and trade profitably.

BTW: Highly unlikely that the CME was in on Hillary's (Red"s) trades.
