The shift here concerns the turn away from max GOV. It's been tried many times,,,,,,,,doesn't work,,, Never has.

That is the revolution. It does not necessarily require violence, although it often has.

MA is quite good at finding corresponding change somewhere in some market. You and anybody else could too to fit your model. CO
