outside days, weeks, months. The intention being to exhaust both sides of the trade allowing then a "monitored, directed move."

If the bots are truly neutral and reading the news and reacting as it is released, then the .GOV is the manipulator as the news releases/speeches are written to achieve this effect. We can deduce ,gov is complicit in the scheme.
