here's a tip. so you can follow me with this.

take the weekly chart and draw a horizontal line from the late Aug/early sept. '013 high out to the right (price) and then draw a line horiz. from the low.

then, quarter the range with lines.

what do you see?

i see that c had a rally but did nothing to interrupt the downtrend. c would have needed to hold the previous line (the previous week's close).
