I think the heat is here to stay and will get hotter with little rain in main corn belt for the next 6 weeks.. This impressive ridge that has been building for weeks as I have indicated. It is NOT going to go away. You maybe right, as the USDA refuses to acknowledge the damage done to crops due to late planting and flooding rains...the USDA manipulates inaccurate data all the time ...probably because half the country is on food stamps...and want to keep prices down.... if USDA had the funds/manpower and the mission it had long ago we would be a lot higher. We will see who right. :)
