Lesson: The Elite believe they are superior and therefore are justified in using the lesser classes at their pleasure.

Lesson: It is also true that nature provides for the total removal of the few by the grouping of the numbers of the lesser classes.

Both are natural phenomena. BOTH are natural.

The fact that "the few" have prepared to leave, leads to the probable outcome.
