whereby a manufacturer/miner of something would accept common stock or even debt as payment for goods delivered or contracted for.
Benefit to company would be common/debt retirement as well as users purchasing the company issues as price "hedges." buying and holding.
It would sort of become a new currency with actual physical goods backing it. sure beats a Bitcoin for trade people.
Have not thought enough about it, but it should work if careful thought by both parties is accomplished.
