TEPCO

has planted "news" that the typhoon may overrun the Fukushima nuclear plants......

The only plants I see are plants in the news.

90MPH winds causing a huge storm surge that large? I have walked on the beach in 95MPH sustained winds. True, it's not easy.....well, it's easy going one way, and dang hard coming back.

Anyway, TEPCO is setting up to dump all of the waste it has in storage and then claim it was an unavoidable act of God, I'll just bet you.
