This serious stuff. Don't take it too lightly.
Anytime a guy like you ( calm, passive, and compassionate ) has a chest problem it's a real problem.
I have limited medical knowledge but I recommend listening to ICD. Consume a generous amount of intoxicant. Then go outside with a long gun and shoot a herd of turtles. After you have calmed your mind some with the long gun, get a pistol no smaller then a 45 cal, go to the lower farm bridge and kill many many many copperheads. You should use the pistol. Up here we just grab them by the tail and crack them like a whip. It fun to see their heads snap off and go flying.
