they were back on lightly for a couple of minutes after 35 minutes off. there may be routing problems and they can't get the needed connections to run their programs.

IB just said FINRA had shut down BB and pink sheets. or, something like that....the really small equities that are normally just pennies a share.

maybe it's all coming apart at the seams...lol.
