More observations....

Looking at the monthly Euro chart...the 120 level has held for 9 years now (we are sitting at 121 currently)....will it break this time? btw the March daily chart is also 8 days into the '7-10' pattern, inversely of course...

Also, something curious about the monthly U.S. dollar chart...every month for the last 6 months it has closed at or very near the high for the month...manipulated maybe? 'scratches head'....
