I am convinced the FRS and UST are trading futures as a means to purposely lose to their buddies.

If the FRS loses money the UST gets no earnings from them. Hello taxpayer! Or, the UST just borrows more from Federal Reserve which demands interest on cash manufactured out of thin air..... I have an idea.....lol.

Stock options are not marked to market at year-end which would be another good vehicle to move some large balances around.

BTW.The Saudi has lost his royal buttocks on his long Citi stock holding. He bought much higher. Check the news library, it was big in the papers.
