Went to a wine tasting with a winemaker (Eberle, I think the name was) selling his wines. He had some good wines....but....he has a dessert wine that was served with chocolate that went together great! He told us that the wine was known in the hot tub circuit as Eberle "Panties come down."

I ordered a case. lol.....didn't work.....but WAS good with chocolate.....

He also said that those in the know, just say "Paso" not Paso Robles. It's like the folks in the South spell "you all" ...Ya'll....It is like a password....you know who is from the South.... because the Northerners insist on "Y'all."
