As a former confidential counselor to the presidential candidate of the "To the Right of Attilla the Hun Party", I would advise you to not fire 70% of government employees; as that may throw a wrench into the economy.

Rather, reduce their pay by 90%, abolish any benefits, perquisites and/or largesse. Then, place them to the needed work of upgrading this nation's infrastructure .... roads, bridges, water supply, sewer systems, electric grid ... and have it done manually.

I believe a decade of swinging a pick and working a shovel might bring us about to where we need to be, infrastructure wise.

We don't really need to run the illegals out on a rail .... they'll just come back. Why don't we pattern our immigration laws towards those of Mexico, wherein, even if you're in that country legally, but do not have proper work permits and are caught working .... a few years at hard labor. Working with the government employees, referenced above, might improve their English language skills.

Then, feel free to run them out on a rail.

We need to worry about our foreign and diplomatic relations .... If we sent 50 thousand liberals to Siberia .... Russia might nuke us first.
