I can say, it looks like 2017 is a good cycle top. and it looks like the exit will be in early 2017 instead of the famous autumn time.

the rule is when a market doubles or more in a year watch out for a meaningful decline soon to come. So, if this index ever does this, no matter when, would be wise to stay on your toes.
