Like.... hotels, etc....
They are saying that .gov delays big weather forecasts so they can position ahead of their own forecasts.
That is, if they believe there's a big snow/ice coming....they release that info to .gov first.
to get the hotel rooms, etc..then, release to the rest of us...
For instance, tonight the .gov is reserving 2X the rooms they normally do in Raleigh, NC.for Wed. night... i.e. They have info you do not.....
There's nothing on the radar....
They have a 24 hour free cancel.
