Macanudo Rothschilds, which is really a Lonsdale ...
Back in the late seventies through the mid eighties, I smoked around ten a day. They were individually priced at around a buck a pop (restaurant price). Box or bundle took 'em down to dirt cheap.
Then, the "cigar craze" hit ... whoops, oh boy.
I preferred them with a claro wrapper. Maduro was second, assuming the bar/restaurant didn't have the claro. The standard Conneticut ... OK, but just didn't hit me like I preferred.
Doncha wish that the cigar craze never happened?
