Cocoa arrivals statistics source?

Who releases the coca arrivals & purchases statistics (especially arrivals)? I can find the news headlines easy enough but I cannot find the source. My assumption is it is by the port authorities. What I am looking for is something similar to the quarterly grind statistics released by the ECA or similar.

Or from what I've seen - that Reuters are quoted as the source everywhere - are Reuters simply the source of this data?
