Yea...that's a short way that takes all the fun out of saying...he's a low rent lying sack of chit. Cause...anyone who avoids the precise truth when the precise truth is know is a liar and liars are sacks of chit.

as in: Ocrapper(the president) is a low rent lying sack of chit.

I suppose the more euridite way of saying it would be...Ocrapper is a prevaricator, but it looses it's effectiveness.

Down here in the south we'll just use...Ocrapper is a low rent lying sack of chit.

prevaricator could definitely be used to describe brokers but also most politicians and in particular and more precisely, Ocrapper.
