If you have time, go back to CL weekly (I think it was) charts for '05 to '08. Blow up that tie frame. use your parallel lines from a reaction top to the next reaction low. The slope is around 45* (?). You can see one line did not have a "touch" ....and, I have wondered...did that line end up being touched in the big decline after the top? I ave that old chart around here somewhere, just can't put my fingers on it.
