According to Gann the 7-10 week period contains 36-52 days(I may be day off either way). The two blue vertical lines mark this time period. Look for a turn in there if a turn is what's in the offing.

By the way...the area in the blue box is a text book Trout trigger for a buy. I hope I got that right, anyway. hahaha
