So, why the hell is the price of Oil hovering around $ 40.00???? It should be around $ 10.00 - $ 15.00.
I saw the same scene back in January.

As soon as the meeting is over this Sunday - will there be a collapse of price? Reminds me of the old days when we had limit down days......
