I'd like to give Jay and his Trading-U a thumbs up too. Jays strategy gives you a way to define trends in different time frames, which gives you the confidence in direction... shows you where to buy/sell the pullback , and the actual mechanical trigger to get you in. You can even use the same trigger that got you in, to get you out. What else is there ? I've read a boatload of books and courses, and Jays is the best.
