Around here, the local WalMart stores allow people to return well-used lawn mowers and get their money back. Used at least one season. Then, the stores try to sell them at a discount with layers of grass still stuck underneath and rust beginning on the painted areas.

This is absurd policy and stockholders should claw management's back to stop this practice. Sure, replace a new item that does not function as advertised but WMT is being used by some of its customers and the practice is growing as word spreads..
