Hi Trout,

Here's my (soon to be famous) WE Scale of 16 with fibs
and the higher targets are: 102.15 & 103.82 -
However - I'm not holding my breath on this one ..
I'm looking for a down reaction,
of course, I have NO idea when that might take place ..
just might be in the H_17 contract ---
so a couple of more weeks in the playpen, eh?
