Not ALL customers were compensated contrary to the news. Those of us with small balances who did not sign and return the legal papers. The minute you signed, you were no longer a victim, you became a creditor. NOT THE SAME. Fraud has some varying fluidity in various courts.

I notice THEY are aware of this and have changed wording...although not enough.

there being no statute of limitations on some crimes....lol.
