The CBs are the buyers who will never sell because they are accumulating assets to back their currencies at a future date (no gold backing, lol).

The big volume in December did not move the market for the above reason.

Once the float is reduced enough...there will be no one left to sell. I believe we are at that point. The computers have less shares to trade and thus must trade more often, increasing volume.
