Don't know if Trump's administration is going to do that. However, I do know that the previous administration did NOT.
If this administration does ... eleven to thirty million illegal aliens will be gone ... that is the law.
An Executive Branch that actually executes duly passed laws ... that'd be one heck of as switch.
