Hi, DC. When I heard Representative Waters reference Russia's invasion of Korea .. I was there but weeks before she announced such. When I heard her denouncing Russia for having done such ... I was in a panic.

I called friends in Seoul, Pusan, Cunju, and all over Challon Bak Do ... I asked them about Russian tanks running down their streets ....

They all responded with ..."What?"

I did not know that Representative Waters could lie.
