I guess this qualifies as a stagger at 21K. The bigger question is does the possible 50% at 19875 become a half way point and price continue up to 21750. It's hard to tell at this point if 21K is a stagger(pause) at 21K or if it becomes a top for a greater correction. At this point we have to fall back on the trusty trend line...the shorter one from 19875 for the move that left 19875, the bigger one for the move that left 18000.
